Learn how to set or update shipping instructions and preferences for your client's estate plans.
Make sure your shipping address is up-to-date in your Advisor Profile. (See instructions below.)
Once you complete an estate plan for your client, you will need to set your shipping preferences. You have the option of shipping the estate plan to:
- Your office address
- Your client's mailing address
- A different address of your choosing
Next, indicate when you want the plan to be shipped.
- Regular Shipping: Plan is delivered within 7-10 days.
- Rush Shipping: $100 fee, 2-3 day delivery (does not apply to deeds)
- Custom Ship Date: You select the date you would like it to be shipped.
- Hold indefinitely: Places the plan on an indefinite hold. When ready, add a shipping date from your advisor portal.
