Once you have submitted payment for the estate plan, you will be asked on your preferred shipping method. The options are as follows:
- Rush Order- pay the $100 rush fee and the package will arrive next day (if submitted before 2pm MST that day)
- Standard Shipping- after the 3 business-day grace period, the documents will be shipped out standard shipping which should arrive in 7-10 days
- Custom Ship Date- you can select the specific date you would like the package to be shipped out. This is useful for when your clients are going to be out of town.
- Hold Indefinitely- this can be selected when you want to put the package on hold for the meantime. Whenever you are ready for it to ship, simply navigate to the client's info screen, scroll down to shipping status and then select update. Then, update the status to your preferred shipping method.
Once you have submitted your choices for the preferred shipping method, the plan will go into the 3 business day grace period before it goes onto the print and ship queue. This period allows for any last-minute changes or amendments that may be needed. After that 3 day period ends, the plan automatically moves onto the shipping queue and will be shipped out to you or the client via US Mail.
